Refund Eligibility
A refund will be issued only if the following condition is met:
The student has completed 100% of the course, as visibly tracked by our learning platform (course progress must show as 100% complete).
The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of completing the course.
The student must provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction along with feedback for improvement.
❌ Non-Eligible Refund Cases
If less than 100% of the course has been completed.
If course progress does not reflect full completion on our platform.
If the request is made after the 7-day post-completion window.
If you simply changed your mind, made a mistake during purchase, or did not have time to watch the course.
